2020 Annual Review: Governance
RCoA Council and Board of Trustees
New ways of working during the pandemic saw the Board of Trustees and the College Council swap face-to-face meetings with virtual collaboration, ensuring they still worked effectively during this extremely challenging time.
In 2020, trustees agreed to an external review of governance, with the aim of ensuring ongoing compliance with charity law and supporting optimal decision-making within the College. The report will be shared with members once completed.
