The venue spaces at Churchill House can accommodate nearly every kind of event or meeting.

  • Our spacious galleries and halls provide flexible and functional spaces for events including conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Our meeting room spaces can accommodate committee meetings, discussion groups, away-day activities and more.
  • Our Council Chamber and galleries are excellent settings for drinks receptions and dinners. 
  • Our recently-modernised lecture theatre seats up to 151 delegates, and features an LED video wall, two plasma screens, a ceiling-mounted loud panel, and an induction loop amplifier. The tiered seating ensures an uninterrupted line of vision for all our guests.

Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2 provide a contemporary and cosy setting for meetings with a boardroom arrangement accommodating up to 10 individuals.

Cost-effective solution for various occasions such as meetings, customised training sessions, or private interviews. Equipped with advanced audio-visual features and video-conferencing capabilities through a spacious HD screen affixed to the wall.

Meeting Room 6 provides a contemporary and professional setting for meetings with a boardroom arrangement accommodating up to 20 individuals.

The BJA Library and Hall 2 provide versatile environments that can be customised to suit various occasions and setup preferences. Perfect for boardroom meetings, off-site sessions, breakout areas, networking events, drinks receptions and intimate dinners. Showcase expansive windows with a view of the park, ensuring ample natural light.

RCoA Gallery and Hall Venue

Gallery 1 and 2: Exhibition, exams, presentations, drinks reception and private dinners.

Gallery 1 and 2 rooms provide a versatile environment that can be customised to suit various occasions and setup preferences. Perfect as a breakout area, exhibitions, networking events, drinks receptions and private dinners.

Council Chamber

Council Chamber

Our Council Chamber is an impressive large meeting room with views over London and a horseshoe-shaped table. It’s fantastic for large council meetings, board meetings, private meetings and dinners. 

Includes: Complimentary wi-fi, two ceiling mounted HD projectors with automatic screens, large comfort monitor. HDMI floor connection and laptop adapters or a wireless presentation system. Natural daylight through very large windows, with blinds.  

Flipchart, HD webcam. Large sound system for web-conferencing and PA for presenters, if required. Wireless presentation system and conference microphones on request.

Lecture Theatre

The lecture theatre is an extremely impressive, yet intimate 150 seat space for lectures, awards ceremonies and presentations. AV included in the room.   Lectures, awards ceremonies, presentations.

Includes: Large stage with two comfy grey sofas and coffee table, Complimentary wi-fi, large 150inch LED wall and PA system with 4 wireless microphones. Two large repeater side screens, lectern with comfort monitor and gooseneck mics, sound insolation to reduce unwanted noise and improve sound quality. T loop for the hearing impaired.
