New RCoA guidance on patient and colleague feedback
Published: 14/11/2018
A key part of the revalidation guidance series, new advice on participation in patient and colleague feedback has been published by the College. The guidance provides information on a number of areas including logistics in obtaining patient feedback: when to collect it, the need to make it accessible, and its administration and collation. The guidance also lists colleagues who can be approached for feedback and it provides advice on implementing the results of patient and colleague feedback.
Accompanying a range of other resources including the GMC-approved patient feedback questionnaire and an example letter which can be sent to patients, the guidance can be accessed here.
