Employee benefits

Our commitment to you

We understand the importance of a fulfilling and supportive working environment. We provide a rewarding, inclusive and inspiring atmosphere, where you'll be valued and empowered. Caring for our employees is fundamental to who we are and central to our core values.

Our benefits and wellbeing initiatives have been shaped by employee feedback to ensure we capture what genuinely matters to them the most.

We're proud of our commitment to our employees and hope you’ll want to become part of our community.

The essentials

From day one, you'll benefit from our strong employment foundation.

  • Annual leave: it’s really important to us that you get the opportunity to relax and recharge, your annual leave entitlement will start from 26 days per year (plus bank holidays) and will increase by one day per year for the first three years.
  • Pension: you’ll automatically join our generous defined pensions scheme through Standard Life, where we'll double your contributions up to a maximum of 12%.
  • Life assurance: you'll receive life assurance coverage through our pension provider, equivalent to four times your basic salary.
  • Christmas closure: we will take a well-deserved break over the Christmas period, with our last working day being Christmas Eve and returning on the first working day of the new year. By combining bank holidays with three days of annual leave, you'll have plenty of time to unwind and enjoy quality moments with friends and family.
