Mrs Davina Goodall-Smith

Davina has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across Asset Management, Asset Servicing and Wealth Management, and has lived and worked in the UK, Europe and Asia. She is an experienced COO, Executive Board Director, and ESG Board Committee Chair, and has held a wide range of senior executive commercial, transformational change and operational roles.

Davina is an active sponsor of ESG initiatives, and has direct experience of introducing ESG strategy, governance and organisational design into an organisation, and of overseeing the implementation of ever-evolving ESG regulatory change. She is currently acting as a Board Advisor on ESG topics. She is a passionate sponsor of DE&I initiatives, and a regular speaker and panellist at industry events. 

She was appointed to the RCoA in July 2024 as a Lay Trustee with a particular interest in ESG.
